Sealing of top cover films, welding of seals, packaging and sealing of filters are a few important applications where ultrasonic solutions are used. Welding molds use vacuum to position the film. No heating of the mold is required, ensuring durability and protecting the product.

Ultrasonic welding allows for fast and safe welding of degassing valves or nuts (feed nozzles) and various films. Since ultrasonic waves vibrate only the molecules of the sealing layer, it prevents the film from shrinking and does not affect the blocking properties.
